How it started
It started with something we saw everywhere: businesses buried in repetitive tasks. Answering the same guest questions, chasing bookings, updating records by hand — hours of work every day that created no real value.
Across hotels, clinics and retail, the pattern was always the same. Different industries, different jargon, but the same bottleneck: talented people doing work a well-built system could handle better.
