How it started
It started with a simple observation: businesses everywhere were drowning in repetitive tasks. Answering the same guest enquiries over and over, chasing bookings, manually updating records — work that consumed hours every day yet created no lasting value for anyone involved.
As we worked across hotels, clinics, and retail operations, the same pattern kept appearing. Each industry had its own vocabulary and workflows, but the underlying bottleneck was identical: smart, capable people stuck doing work that a well-designed system could handle far better.
